MSSQL Connection with PHP Windows or Linux

How to connection MSSQL or u can call SQL Server with PHP. I’ve two kind of connection :

1. Windows with XAMPP, check this post : disini

2. Linux with LAMPP, check this post here.  This connection use TDS
